Roughley Manor Policies
Roughley Manor check in is 2 P.M. or later. If you anticipate a
check in after 7:00 PM please call and we will give you directions to
your room and have the lights on and key in the room. Check out is
11 A.M. We accept Visa/Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.
All rooms are NON-SMOKING. Smoking outside on the grounds is
permitted and receptacles are provided for trash. Please do not
place cigarette butts in the rooms as they leave a lingering odor.
We are a pet friendly B&B with four rooms designated for use when
traveling with pets (Cottage, Farmhouse, Pinto and Museum
Rooms). We ask pets not be left unattended in rooms unless in a
travel cage. If damage to the room or extensive cleaning is needed
upon check out we will use the credit card on file to ensure funds.
The "Great" Room. Once a favorite hangout of such stars as Clark Gable and James Cagney, now where we serve our Gourmet Breakfasts. Wireless DSL is available in the Great Room.

We ask no wood be burned in the fireplaces. We provide a Duraflame log for use in the fireplaces.
We require all children under 14 to be accompanied when enjoying the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Breakfast is served between 8 and 9 am. An earlier breakfast can be accommodated with prior notice.
Our cancellation policy is a 72 hour notification. There will be a one night charge assessed if cancelled
within less than this designated time
